WEB DESIGN SERVICES

Web Design services are performed based on the information that the customer supplies. Devoe Web Designs is not responsible for any incorrect information given by the customer. While the information the customer gives us is the basis for the design, the design services require that Devoe Web Designs has the right to add/subtract any features to the site in order to ensure proper usability.

Devoe Web Designs' goal is to provide customers with prompt, friendly service as we build & maintain their websites. We will do our best to meet their needs. In the event that we experience technical difficulties which cause a substantial delay in our work, up to 90 days, we reserve the right to continue the customer's project through its completion.

WEB MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Web Design services, once performed, cannot be altered without the use of Devoe Web Designs maintenance services, unless by express, written permission by an employee of Devoe Web Designs. Devoe Web Designs is not responsible for any alterations of a customer's site made by any second or third party at any time.

DOMAIN REGISTRATION SERVICES

Pricing for Domain Registration services rendered will vary, depending on the needs of every individual customer. Devoe Web Designs is in no way responsible for any problems that may occur due to use of external web hosting or any other companies.

COMPLETION STANDARDS

By entering into this agreement, the customer agrees to allow Devoe Web Designs to continue work on their website until all services are complete. Once the "DEVOE WEB DESIGNS PROJECT COMPLETED" contract is signed by both parties, our services will be discontinued & their website will not be altered thereafter under any circumstances, other than by express, written permission by an employee of Devoe Web Designs.

PAYMENT AGREEMENT

By using the services of Devoe Web Designs, the customer agrees to the billing & payment schedule, listed within this website, for any and all services rendered. Customer will not dispute any charges for services rendered.

WEBSITE USE

Devoe Web Designs is not responsible for any misuse of this website by any second or third parties. Devoe Web Designs is not responsible for any problems experienced while visiting this website. We do, however, encourage our customers to contact us with any questions they may have about our website or services.

LEGAL BOUNDS
